Statewide
Advocacy Engagement
For over 25 years, the American Council of Engineering Companies of Texas Public Policy Council (PPC) has been fighting for Texas engineering firms. The ACEC Texas PPC first successfully lobbied the Texas Legislature for the removal of retainage for public transportation projects for design contracts. Since then, the PPC continues to be the voice for engineering in the state of Texas.
